When I look back at the many Executive Producers I’ve encountered in my career as an Editor over the last twenty years, the one person that consistently stands out is Michele.

What differentiates Michele? The range of her abilities. Michele is equally at ease in the field as she is in the bay. Her leadership skills are matched only by her exceptional story sense. She heads her team with purpose and passion. She is collaborative, inclusive, yet purposeful and clear about goals and deadlines.

But I think that the loyalty she inspires in those who work with her is what speaks the most to her leadership. I personally have rearranged schedules and travel plans for the opportunity to work with Michele because I know that working with her means sinking my teeth into a project with caliber, surrounded by a stellar team and an EP who has my back and inspires my best work.
